Tiger Hills Construction
Morden roots.
Ground-level care.
Tiger Hills Construction is being built around focused civil work, clear coordination and pride in the finished site.
The company we’re building
Big on the details.
Tiger Hills is a new construction business taking shape in Morden, Manitoba, with preparations underway for the 2027 season.
Our focus is the work that brings a fibre installation together: access structures, conduit connections and the restoration around them. It is detailed work, often in places where the surrounding landscape needs extra care.
We want Tiger Hills to be known for doing that work properly from the first pass, keeping the scope clear and leaving a site that reflects the care put into it.

A focused start
Build the company
around the work.
The right scope. The right preparation. A clear standard for the finish.
The Tiger Hills identity
Built to stand out.
Ready to take shape.
A rugged black-and-orange identity for the company we’re building. Equipment selections and launch details are still being finalized.

The owner behind Tiger Hills
Rhys Collyer.
More than 20 years of hands-on experience, from the first ground work to the finished landscape.
Rhys’s background spans landscaping, fibre drops, vault installations, plowing and drilling. Working across those different parts of a project has given him an understanding of how the installation fits together—and what it takes to put the surrounding ground back right.
That experience is the foundation for Tiger Hills Construction. The focus is on careful civil work, proper backfill and compaction, and a finish that respects the property around the installation.
Tiger Hills is a new company built on experience gained over more than two decades in the field.
A better finish starts with a clear plan.
Define the installation, the access and the restoration before the equipment arrives.
